Chopper Essentials Co. is a one-man operation — run alongside a day job, with a passion for the craft. Orders are shipped on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Please take this into account when placing your order.
We ship all orders from the Netherlands. Delivery times vary by destination:
- Netherlands: 1–3 business days
- Europe: 3–7 business days
- Rest of the world: 7–14 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping may apply for orders above a certain threshold.
Returns
Not satisfied with your order? You can return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@chopperessentials.com with your order number and reason for return.
Return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.
